Have purchased online tickets before here, never a problem. Today I made 2 separate purchases online, both with a discount code. First online purchase, no problem. Second one did not apply discount code and took full amount of ticket price. Apparently you have to repeat entering discount code on not only the secure the seats page, but also on the checkout page (a glitch they're not willing to own up to and that I missed second time around). I called to see if they could cancel that order so I could do it again. Not only did they reject that idea, they also refused to refund the difference of the discount. They just kept repeating "no refunds" period! If my child wasn't in this performance, I'd stop payment through the bank. Bad practice, horrible customer care, great start for the holiday season!

Good people, professional and helpful. I'd give 5 stars for service at the counter but service by email was far less helpful and turned out to be time-consuming. I'd recommend going in person or calling them rather than emailing. Your issue will be resolved in a much more efficient manner.
