I ordered delivery on Postmates. They packed a soupy dish (mapo tofu) in a paper container. It obviously leaked through and soaked all the other paper containers in the bag. I tried to salvage some of the food, but the other containers were mush, so everything fell apart and spilled into each other. Couldn’t even ask for a refund. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here.

Maybe the cook changed or something else going on. Black bean noodle got better taste and fried beed were crunch. Hope they keep this better ingredients for long time

The soup was pretty good. The chicken was all very hard and overcooked. Too the point of being dry and chewy. The orange sauce was runny and bland. The rice was fine. Would not recommend. My partner and I both got really bad gas, which was thoroughly amusing. But the indigestion was not fun.
Second time I got shrimp after asking for no shrimp. Not willing to make sincere accommodations for those with food allergies. And the chicken was very bland. No spice.
I have been a regular customer of Taipei Noodle Haus for 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. Their food is delicious, they always get my order correct, and the service is always prompt and polite. Safety is also their top priority. This restaurant is literally the only place I trust to order food from. They have kept their lobby closed, and have created a safely distanced space at the door for take out as well as using masks, face shields and gloves. Thank you guys for all that you're doing!
