If I could give this 10 stars I would! Their food is honestly amazing. The flavor, the spice, immaculate. His food comes out hot and honestly stays warm for a good 2-3 hours. It smells great you can literally smell it as soon as you walk into the park. Oh and let’s not forget the bread it goes perfectly with the curry like I cant get enough of it! The owner is super sweet as well :) In the past I didn’t really like Indian food in the past but this place made me love it tbh. Any who, I definitely recommend trying this place out!

Totally no-holds-barred epic Indian food spot. The people are super nice and it's almost entrancing watching them go to work after ordering. Feels like I should pay for the smells alone. Super fresh and satisfying. Also, delicious spice. Perfect!

Good food and very friendly service. Great portions. I suggest ordering a variety of clearly different things. Me and friends ordered a couple of things and seemed like we got several of more or less the same dish. All really tasty though!

Delicious Punjabi Food!! Chana Masala was Piping Hot and the Paneer Butter Masala was Not too heavy not too light, was just RIGHT. I forgot to pick the rotis but the chef was nice enough to quickly follow us and hand them to us before we left.

Great food! Stopped in with my daughter, we didn't know it was a food truck park and actually pleasantly suprised. The service was quick, professional and friendly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend

A beacon of hope for Indian cuisine. The veg samosas are fire and delicious naan. Can’t go wrong with their mains, either.

N/NE Portland, we can consider ourselves lucky; multiple great Indian eateries now, but this cart stands out. Super fresh naan (I know that's an easy benchmark, but they really do prep it on that spot), the saags, samosas, etc. are perfect, and I'm intrigued to try the lamb curry because multiple customers in line said that should be our next order. Honestly don't know how carts like this manage so many fantastic dishes in small spaces, but Taj nails it.

I’m so happy that this cart is in the neighborhood! Everything on the menu is delicious with really good flavors. The samosas are delightful. I’ve also enjoyed the tikka masala, butter masala, vindaloo and biryani. Yum!
