I lived in Tanner Flats for about 15 months. Overall the experience was very positive, mostly due to the incredible staff. The move-in and move-out processes were simple, efficient, and clear. The building is well kept and the amenities (pre-covid at least) are a lot of fun to use. The only thing to be aware of is that this building has a lot of noise between floors. I was on the 3rd floor and was constantly able to hear my upstairs neighbor walking around. This is pretty standard in my apartment-living experience so I didn't make any complaints, but it's something to be aware of if you are sensitive to sound. Thank you Tanner Flats team!

Had a wonderful experience living here. Connor, Warren, and Dallen in the office were absolutely fantastic and were a huge help moving during the pandemic and all through my time living there. Stephen from maintenance was always quick to respond and so helpful. Nice building too. TL;DR the on site staff are incredible and you should live here.
