Huge selection of modern presses. Also lots of pre-owned, high quality vinyl. If you're looking for a local shop to support as an alternative to buying online, this place is great. However, if you want for a place with a ton of beat-up volume to look through, Bull Moose ain't it. Still awesome though--they definitely curate their stock! For sure will be going back soon.

Bull Moose is fantastic! Classic music and record store sitting perfectly in downtown Portsmouth. Great for finding something specific or just browsing for something new or undiscovered.

Bought a used Ray Charles CD. The disc inside was not the one for the jacket. Will try to return. Hopefully no hassles, as clearly there is no proof. However with access and parking in Portsmouth challenging, it may not be worth the effort. Wish the LP selection was larger. Glad to see new vinyl, versus antique stores having all old.

First location in New Hampshire and still my favorite. Any time I am in Portsmouth I have to stop by and dig through the racks to find some kind of treasure. Selection is great and has something for everyone.
