The only reason this port gets five stars is because of customer service... I came on 2 train and needed assistance getting to the correct location... Port Police was very willing and assisting to get me to my location!! And for that I say thank you and excellent job helping me!

Worst port on the planet. What the point of staying open until 11pm if it still takes 3 hours to get one container open. They should change the name to the Virginia Gateway to HELL.
