I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. Before WCDC, I used some other dry cleaning businesses. No complaints, but WCDC does a great job of making me feel welcome and providing an excellent service with speedy turn around - they even offer same day if you need it. The owner hustles! He always doing 2 things at once, but stops to help when you walk through the door. The price is right and they offer more services than I’ll ever use. I’ve never had a single issue here and I’ll be coming back for years to come.
A dress I wanted to wear to my daughter's wedding a some mystery spots that didn't come out. They explained there was another method they could use, but might damage the dress. I told them to go ahead and try it because the dress was unwearable. I picked it up a few days later, the dress was fixed, and they didn't charge for the extra processing. I am thankful they waited and gave me the choice on whether or not to try the extra processing. My daughter has been using them for years, and we both highly recommend them.
This dry cleaning company ruined an article of clothing of mine. Tried “fixing it”. Then after I asked if they would replace it and pay me for the item and keep the item they damaged, that they admit they damaged, they finally said they would submit it for replacement. However, when they said they would pay me for the item and keep it, they also told me I could no longer use their dry cleaning company. That I would be denied service if I ever came back to any of their locations. Mind you, we were a military family as well and we’re not familiar with the area, nor were there even many if any other dry cleaning comanys near us other than their locations. So we no longer could send anything for dry cleaning, including uniforms etc until we moved to a new state. Very disappointed with the way my family was treated by this company.
Excellent Customer Service and Cleaning...Love the people that work there!
