Great service from friendly staff, very knowledgeable and they take the stress out of process.
They failed to pack a battery that went with a camera. When they were taking my order the young man left the battery on the scale when he told me that I was all set. I pointed this out to him and he said that he would take care of it. The battery was never seen again. I spoke with the manager who said he would file a claim and get back with me and he never did. He was making excuses that it was the Camera Company's fault and not theirs having no knowledge of my parcel. I used them to save money on shipping supplies but I ended up having to purchase a 40 replacement battery. I will never ship with them again. Much better to be inconvenienced at the post office than to deal with incompetence.
