Mark, a member of the sales team, took fantastic care of us. He listened to our needs and concerns and then showed us a couple different options that we had. He also was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the various units and talking about the subtle differences between them. The entire team from Mark to Matt (in the finance department) treated us with respect and as if they truly cared about our business. We will definitely be recommending Blue Dog RV to family and friends. People have always told us how good Blue Dog treats their customers, and I have to say, THEY WERE RIGHT!!! Jeremy was extremely helpful. We described what we were looking for and he literally took us to the one we wanted and ended up buying. We looked at others and they just didn't have the same features at the price point. He didn't push us into anything or price-haggle at all when others were interested. He just made the buying process extremely pleasant and we were quite grateful for his help. Thanks ya'll!

Buying our Fuzion 427 was really painless quick and easy. the salesman were great and easy to deal with, knowledgeable. Our unit had some water damage from factory and some other small details. like most I called all hot headed and I was not so easy to deal with being mad and all. Everyone I spoke with was very professional very quick to fix the issues so we can go on with our new adventures.. The service department seemed to be fast and easy to deal with making me comfortable and fell good about the repairs. John Graham in service has worked hard and closely with us to ensure our satisfaction and fast to contact back even on his day off and while service department was closed, I can't say enough about the work he has done. I hope the rest of our experiences with this will be as such great customer service This is a add on, I don’t think I’ll be talking my rv back to Blue Dog, it has major damages to it before we bought it didn’t find out until after the paper work was signed.. then found out that there sky light leaked and had to replace floors and cabinets.. I’m tired of dealing with this unit!! Hopefully all the issues will be fixed I’ll be taking it to another shop with less headaches!! Thanks Blue Dog another hosed and dissatisfied customer!!
