1st experience with buck knife. Custom 119 special 400 total Premium price for a non premium service/product. Blade was not near as sharp as it could be. Certificate was the size of a contact card with very little information on it etc... again premium price ( close to twice what it should be) without premium service/product.. customer service is a joke. Reach out to them everything I got was thank you for your feedback Goodbye Other than that knife itself is well crafted. Match what I requested. But nothing special to it.

I have had a couple of Buck Knives. They were both Buck 110's. Buck Knives are of great quality and last for many years. I like that they are American made too. My first Buck knife was stolen from me. The second one for over 30 years now and it is still in good condition. I carried it daily for a long time and used it at work as an automotive technician. They are of great quality and made to last. If anything ever happened to it, I would certainly buy another one without hesitation.

I've had prob. 4 or 5 of the 110's rebladed for various reasons. I've aquired a couple that needed repairs from flea markets and such. Also I've broke tips and messed up the brass from using them as a hammer. I had a 503 rebladed and it came out looking like a brand new knife. I Have a 102 fixed blade that I tried to find out the age of for a while. I got if from a collection and it had never been used and looked brand new. After searching the entire internet, I called the company. To my surprise a lady said she had all the year stamps/markings for that particular knife and she'd e-mail em to me. One of the easiest companies I have ever dealt with.

Took over a month for knife to even ship, free engraving is not worth the extra wait. Didn't even see the engraving, untill I moved a light on ceiling it.

Awesome place to visit. Great USA company with a wonderful heritage. Factory store has blemished knives for 50-70% off. I had to have the lady explain the blemish in my knife as I couldn't see it.

My hat is off to MATT SMIT, and the gentleman who repaired a knife we broke! I am still in awe, over how fast and professional both were. The gentleman who repaired knife is simply awesome! Buffed and new. Matt processed my order in two days, I thought would take three months. Matt was knowledgeable and entertaining to share with! I will be back to purchase more! Thank you, BOB HUYSMAN

This is my second time ordering from buck knives they always go above and beyond. Last year I ordered online during the Christmas annual sale. I had recently moved and when my husband had mentioned he wanted a buck knife I had no clue they were located in Post Falls ID. When I called to see if I could pick it up instead they were able to let me pick it up and refund me for my shipping. Super thankful for that. This year I purchased another one and wanted do to some engraving on it they had told me it wouldn’t be done until after Christmas which was a bummer but I was still ok with it . A week later they called me and told me my knife was ready! Couldn’t have been more happier with their service! Both times I had a gentleman named Matt help me and he was absolutely nice and helpful. Thank you Matt :) Will definitely be coming back to purchase in the future. I promise you guys won’t regret shopping here the knives do not feel cheap Nor look cheap they are made very well and look very expensive. Quality is on point. Thank you .
