The only reason I’m givin 3 stars is because of the old manager Sierra. I wish she still managed these. Ever since different manager took over it’s been a disaster - they’re rude and never in the office. Wouldn’t recommend. Bring back ur old manager she was amazing

Can you get something repaired here when it's an EXTREME FIRE DANGER? NOOOO! So unprofessionally run in the office which is NEVER open and does not return calls.
These apartments are built poorly , paint coming off the walls weeks after being built and moving in , doors and windows leak cold air in . And no one is in the office when you need them and if there is someone in there you better pray you don't get the lady with the poor attitude that acts like you ruined her meal so you could pay your rent . If your vehicle leaks oil even the slightest bit be prepared for one of your neighbor's to take a picture of it and report it to the office . Then you have the college age kids that go out on their porch and yell that they are the best drug dealer in the area but hey if you like trashy trailer parks you love this place
