What stellar service! I called about FedEx pick-up because I had a time sensitive package. I was told when the last pick-up of the day was. The employee called back later to inform me that the FedEx pick-up might be sooner. What service! I call that going above and beyond! Thank you!

When I walked in I quickly looked at the signs around the store making sure I wasn’t in a daycare. There were kids everywhere, cradles, blankets and such interfering with my package pickup. But it was in fact the Postal Connections and not a daycare. Transaction was smooth when I did ignore the 10 children in the room.
