Don’t go here unless you want to pay more. Postal Connections in Redmond is way overpriced and the owner is dismissive and disrespectful. If you’re shipping a package go to Mail and More for a reasonable price and a friendly face.

These people mark up the shipping by 50%! Check prices online before you go in there. They wanted to charge 16.60 for a flat rate envelope that costs 8.50 at the post office. Needless to say, I drove to the post office and paid 8.50!. I can understand a little markup, but over 50% markup is outrageous! All should check before you step foot in there! You are wrong Joyce. Where did I get it? I went into your store Saturday, February 6th, 2021 and the guy told me the price. I then told him twice that the price online at the post office was 8.50, he said well our price is 16.60 for the flat rate envelope. I said so you mark it up 50%? He said I don't know, just telling you what my screen says. So don't act like it didn't happen. You all do mark it up over 50% because I drove to the post office, and it indeed was only 8.50 there. People need to check prices before going into your store. Its shameful you price gouch people.

Extraordinarily friendly, patient, and professional little shop. They not only notarize but provide witnesses for an additional fee, which is a major relief if you're trying to get a will notarized in Central Oregon. They even have a table with coloring books for kids. I would definitely drive down from Madras again or recommend friends do so for notary public or passport services. Great experience. I do recommend calling ahead to ensure they have enough staff for witnesses, though.

Not happy with them. Sent a package to Mexico and it still has not arrived at it's destination. Called to see if they could help me out to see where it was. They can not. Said should of shipped a different way because we can not track it when it gets to border. It would of been nice to know that at the time I was sending it.

Great service and staff, always friendly and helpful!! I live outside of town, so no USPS package delivery to the house. I always know my packages will be delivered safe and secure.

I had the best package delivery service ever here. I had a last minute package to ship and Wasmt really prepared. I showed up not even knowing if the box I had could be reused. The woman at the counter was super friendly and helpful. She got me the cheapest price available and even gave me free bubble wrap to secure some fragile items that I had. She went out of her way to be helpful and she was super patient with me. Considering how hard this time of year can be for everyone she did so much for me and made my day so much easier. Wish I would have remembered to get her name. I want her to be able to read this and know that her efforts were greatly appreciated. Hope you have a great time with family in Vancouver WA. You deserve the time off.
