Had to get a live scan today 2/3 and the gal in charge of it was so kind and helped me solve my problems. I messed up on my documentation and she helped me call live scan to get a refund so I could process in store. Super thankful for her patients. Postal express for the win!

I have never had anything but first rate service from Postal Express. The owners have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to help me with an issue. They are always very thorough and very courteous and are very sweet people. It baffles me how someone could write such a negative review on them. I suspect that there is much more behind that. I would like to hear the other side because I have known these people for several years now and they do not act in the way as one review has portrayed them. I do not believe it.

Terrible. They withheld my heart medication because we had an outstanding bill (Not on our PO box, that was paid in full, Just extra shipping and notary fees on our account) They are aware of all my medical issues and I told her I needed my medication and my mom was coming in tomorrow to pay. She was extremely rude and loud, everyone in line could hear her spilling out my personal information. She refused to give me my medication until my mom came in and paid for past due shipping credits and the check cleared her bank. Later that night I had to go to Riverside Kaiser Emergency Department with a BPM of 189 resting because she refused to give me my Beta Blockers that my doctor had my pharmacy overnight to me. I was in disbelief the way she treated me and handled the entire situation. Needless to say we paid our account and canceled our PO Box immediately.
