Best customer service! I’ve used this location countless times over the years for shipping, printing, notaries, passport, etc. and never had a problem. Very fair pricing, honest business practices, and always friendly.

Always helpful, we use them for both shipping and notary!
I completed live scan at this location and the results were delayed. After calling they promptly checked their system and the results were cleared within the hour. Thank you so much!
Edit: new owners, same great service! I have been a customer of this Postal Annex for the past four years. I rent a mailbox and the owner, Jim, and his staff are always courteous and knowledgeable, and they greet me by name. My mail and packages are secure. Their packaging and shipping services are top notch. There is notary services as well, although I have never used that. Highly recommend this small business.
Store hours are incorrect and they’re not very helpful even when they are open. Overall a disappointing offering of customer service and mailing services.
I relied on Postal Annex to ship a package of mine to Europe, as I have made the temporary move out here. My package has been stuck in Paris due to inadequate paperwork and funds, for three weeks. I have emailed you several times to try and get an answer/help in resolving this ridiculous error and you have not responded. This review would have easily been much higher if the delivery was executed properly. The customer service was great and I was absolutely pleased prior to this major mishap. Please, get back to me so we can turn this ONE-STAR review in to something better.
Always Great service whether dropping off packages, doing international shipping business, passport photos and notary service. Been through it all here and have not had any problems.
The notary at this location is rude and dismissive. He refused to notarize our signatures and, without any other explanation, left us at the counter to wait on a friend. He eventually returned and, again, refused to notarize our signatures. According to the Postal Annex site: "A notary public may refuse to perform a notarization if he or she cannot be certain of a prospective signer’s identity, willingness, or understanding of what is happening at that moment. In addition, a notary may not notarize a document in which he or she has a financial interest." None of this was applicable in our case. We were insulted by his self important attitude and wasted over 1/2 hour just waiting to be heard. He should lose his license. I have done a lot of business with this Postal Annex but I will NEVER return. You have lost a customer for life.
