This is my go to place for all of my mailing needs. Chris and Christina are so helpful, friendly and help get my packages securely to their destinations. I bring in multiple types of items and Christina does a wonderful job in packing everything securely, ensuring my packages get to the correct place and that I get to choose what’s the most cost efficient way to ship (USPS, UPS, FedEx). All w/ a friendly smile on her face! I was especially grateful to Chris for staying open for me when I brought multiple items to ship out for Christmas! Thank you Chris & Christina for going over and beyond great customer service! Another great thing is that they have everything you need to package big or small items. Just bring in and no need to do it yourself like the post office! So helpful when you don’t have boxes and packaging material at home. I also appreciate you get an email w/ your tracking information and detailed receipt of your transaction. Great record keeping for tax records! I highly recommend the Postal Annex at the San Bruno Towne Center!

The service here is amazing! I had to send out 20 packages that were all going to different places. Chris, the person working there, stayed late to make sure all of my packages got sent out correctly and in a timely manner.
Today, I went to USPS but decided to loop back to here instead (crowded over there). The owner Christ, and Morgan was very nice and helpful and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend going here if we want to get your package shipped. I'll definitely come again if I need to use mailing services
I highly recommend shipping here. This is my go to place for shipping anything and everything! I use Depop to sell clothes so I come in often and Chris and his staff are always super helpful! Every time I come I’m in and out within 5 minutes and me and Chris always have great conversation! Shipping is super fast and all my buyers have been very pleased with how fast they receive their items! I cannot recommend this place enough:)

Chris and his team are amazing. I recently found myself in a jam. I had shipped a valuable package to one of my customers and it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Chris to see if he could retrieve the package before it "disappeared." Without hesitating, he arranged to have a member of his team (Jacob) and pick up the item the next day. While it is not a service he normally offers, his willingness to go above and beyond is appreciated. All I can say is THANK YOU!!!
