I have a PO box here and get packages delivered frequently. The elderly couple that runs this are great. Professional and polite. The boy and I thank them for their accommodation.
I have been using them for many years now, I have mailbox here and I would like say really nice things about this location but its getting harder and harder. For starters its a little more expensive than other alternatives but I'm the type that believes you get what you pay for, customer service and all of that. They provide all the services that they they say they do but in a very penny pinching kinda way. I also understand that they they are running a business and to make money too. Normally I pop in a few times a month to check my mailbox but i'm currently waiting for an important piece of mail that I was sure would be there by now so I popped in Saturday and it wasn't there . What drove me the write this review today was because I am home right now working remotely and getting time to head out during the day can be difficult at times so I give them a quick phone call to see if any new mail has come and I was told that they don't do that, I get it... Just seems like these little things would go a long way for a business like this especially when the mailboxes are right there \u200d️ I help businesses overcome obstacles like this if you are reading this and would like some advice for your self please reach out! @EasyBizTech
Rob & Caroline are incredible to work with. They always go the extra mile and are quick to respond. Highly knowledgeable about anything print related and have helped me immensely over the years. I would highly recommend!

They won’t take prepaid labels (Amazon return) packages unless you “pay them”. Don’t bother, just go straight to UPS
