Thank you for being so helpful and clearing up any of my questions about ordering from mail. You guys are so awesome and you will always help me print stuff. They know their stuff and they can answer any questions that you could have mailing for a small business or stuff like that! I can see myself renting out a mailbox from them in the near future!
The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a package that they shipped to Sweden for me stall in transit for 2 months. They filed an inquiry for me and it finally turned up successfully delivered. Their customer service is stellar!

I love this Postal Annex! Sunny and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They always know my box number and will retrieve my mail from the box for me when getting a package I am picking up. And they have such cute things for sale. I moved to about an hour away and still can’t seem to change to a closer place because I like this one!
Sunny and her staff are very helpful. I have had special requests and Sunny will go above and beyond in servicing you. I know I can count on her. Anyone in the team is always welcoming you with a smile. When the Postal Annex is closed, you still have 24 hours access to your mailbox which is very handy when your schedule is packed. It happens that the place is crowded and each customer is being taken care of very professionally and rapidly. All I can say is carry on the good work.
The team at the Postal Annex in Wood Ranch are great. Sunny is fantastic and is always very helpful, and goes above and beyond all the time. We utilize many of their services and they always deliver and do a great job. We are glad they are there.
