Really good service! I had to deal with DHL that botched a pickup, but Heidi at this branch of Postal Annex to the rescue! You can leave your packages with confidence and know that they will reach their destination. Recommended!

They really look out for you - They know the bureaucratic stuff associated with passport renewal( e.g. don't fold... ) and tell you, unprompted and fix it. Of course they offer you the options of all the various carriers and their prices so that's a win too.
The owners have been in this business for many years and are very professional and competent. Each time I ship important documents with them I have peace of mind that they will reach their destinations. Recently I have been here for my Italian passport pictures. They needed to be cut in a special format of four centimeters. They did a perfect job and I received my passport without any problems. Thank you very much!

Very misleading advertising. Seeing the FedEx sign in the front window, I went in to get 4 boxes. I was told they had them but they couldn't give me more than 1. Apparently they do not get restocked from FedEx so if they gave me 4 they wouldn't have any for other customers. I felt like they didn't want my business. I expressed to the 2 ladies behind the counter how very frustrated I felt that they had what I needed but would not give it to me. I will find other places that are more helpful to do business with.
