Was riding the CO towpath from Pittsburgh to DC. Broke 2 spoke around mile 25 - called the bike shop - got great directions and they got us repaired and back moving quickly!! Thanks!!
New in town and had a mechanical issue during a ride. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (derailleur hanger). 20 well spent and I was on my way!
The staff is too lazy and told me not to bring the bike. I thought bussiness look for customers at this covid19 time. I hope the owner puts in place a customer service and not this tiered a d probably overworked technicians bouncing customers away by phone.
Rude and obnoxious. I left because if this. Too bad for them, because I was ready to buy 2 expensive bikes.
