We had a great experience at the Shade Store in the Cabin John Shopping Plaza. The staff was very helpful is assisting us with the many choices we had for room darkening shades in our bedrooms. Our sales person found a great product for us that was in our price range. We were amazed how fast the measuring, ordering, delivery, and installation occurred. We highly recommend this store. The designer I worked with was very responsive, solution oriented and engaging. She was consistently available in a timely fashion. The location for the shades is North Conway, NH created was a bit of a challenge for measuring. She directed me to take the measurements which resulted in the shades fitting exactly the way they were suppose to fit. She was courteous and did not make me feel inadequate as I followed her measurement directions. I will return to work with her at the Potomac, Md store. A very quality experience and product.
