I will not work with this company again. Receipt clearly stated stock items can be returned at a 15% restocking fee. When I arrived to make the return they indicated that they don't take returns.

I am a home owner who worked with Francisco and Kimberly at the Gaithersburg location of PVB. They helped me select brick and mortar that matched and get my materials to my property in time for the need of my construction crew. Why I am writing this review is because there was a miscommunication that required a second delivery, but PVB took care of it and did so swiftly.
