Excellent service. My boat lift is over 10yrs old, developed small leak along metal running bar, Chris May figured out the problem over a quick phone call and came out and fixed it right away and no charge. Couldn't believe it. Thanks Chris for helping me. Will always return to you guys for future needs and highly recommend for standing by your products.
Chris and Gigi went above and beyond customer service expectations ( good customer service seems to be a lost art these days). I have an older lift, about ten years old that I needed a bracket and bolts for. Parts not easy to find but they found it for me and I was able to pick it up the same day. Much appreciated, GB
