I highly recommend Douglass Designs. Douglass Designs created my Engagement Ring and I could not be happier! The process was so fun and took about a month. Becca is wonderful and Scott is very insightful. He will definitely be able to answer your questions and guide you. They are WONDERFUL at working with a budget and making your dreams come true!! I met with Becca and discussed the design of the ring I wanted. I then chose my diamond. Scott creates digital prints of the ring and sent me different options. They also created digital 3D prints so I could see what the ring would look like physically. Once I approved everything Scott created the ring and I had it in less than 2 weeks! It was such a fun process and they were so easy to work with. I loved and appreciated their honesty and I will definitely be a returning customer!

I was thrilled to find Douglas Designs as I wandered through Coventry Mall. I had lost one of the small diamonds in my wedding set, which had had no maintenance in a couple of decades. It was completely fixed, cleaned and polished in 2 days, Wonderful, friendly people too. I was so impressed, I brought in another ring that needed minor fixing, I'm recommending it to all my friends, and I'll definitely be bringing in whatever needs fixing and sending all my friends who can use their services!

I had purchased a Vintage engagement ring at a small shop out of town and neeeded it appraised. The service to get this done was very fast and professional. I then ordered a better diamond elsewhere and brought back to Douglas to have it mounted. They mounted the diamond and replaced the shank which was very thin. It turned out beautifully and it was done the next day. I’m very happy with the work they did and more importantly, so is my fiancé!
