Jesse is a caring teacher who has an amazing depth of knowledge in the martial arts. I have been studying with Jesse for two years, I am 60 years old. The benefits of the practice have been astounding. I had a childhood knee injury that was never properly treated, but with patience and Jesse‘s guidance I have completely overcome the residual pain and weakness. However in my mind Jesse‘s greatest gift is his ability to address hand, wrist and shoulder issues. I was able to correct issues with my hands within weeks. And as long as I remember to do the practice, I remain pain-free. The most recent manifestation of the success of tai chi is increased circulation. For the very first time as an adult, my hands and feet are warm throughout the night. I encourage anyone who is considering adding TaiChi to their activities, to visit Jesse. He has students of all ages and abilities, and he makes each one of us feel welcome.

I have a balance issue and my dr. said to take tai Chi instead of using a cane. Jesse and and program has helped me so much. Jesse is kind and careful and has made a difference in my daily challenges.
