Love this place! Cant say enough good things about them. I purchased a used machine private sale. I called cat for parts and maintenance, they treated me like id had been part of the family for years. Very supportive and i hadnt spent a dime with them at that point. This was 6 years ago.now I use them for everything. After sale support is second to none. Keep up the great work!

On Saturday 4/20/19 I had to pull into this location as a result of a flat. I had traveled from New Jersey with my developmentally disabled uncle to include him in a family get together at my place. I was very pressed for time to pick up food and a cake, and there I was just the two of us. An angel and kind man by the name of Matt offered to help. Not only was he amazing but another employee there at the shop took my uncle for a tour, and gave him a caterpillar hat. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, and felt it necessary to put these positive thoughts out publicly.

Awesome Company! Great experience! Jeff DeLong and colleagues are the best. I always feel special. I am not a professional excavator but everyone makes me feel very comfortable. In the past, I have purchased Kubota and Deere equipment but there is a night and day difference with H.O Penn in Poughkeepsie. I will always do business with this company. You get what you pay for!
