Exceptional customer service! I called from out of town Easter Sunday at 10:00 am to see if they could pick up and deliver an Easter treat to my son at college. Micah was very helpful and the delivery was made by noon. Exactly what I was looking for.

A giant snow storm in NY delayed my flight from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Kennedy Airport by 3 days and once it took off, weather forced the plane to land in Washington D.C. where I returned to NY via bus. My original ride from Kennedy to New Paltz was no longer available and almost NO one was available. Unbelievably, despite the storm, my brother found Micah, who drove from the Hudson Valley to Kennedy to pick me up. He was professional, kind, and the best medicine for a travel exhausted passenger. I cannot recommend his services enough. Although this happened a couple of years ago, I lost his contact info so couldn't write this five star recommendation. And then, I found it!!! So if you need a ride, do not hesitate to use Hudson Valley Concierge Services.
Hudson Valley Concierge Services was there for my family when we did not have a car to get my elderly father around to doctor's appointments and to do simple chores. The pandemic has been a wrench in the side as I was to open back up for business in March. So we have had some challenges as we continue to move forward during these times. Micah and his staff are just the best team I have come across in years. They are real people and it is hard to find people that have a smile on their face everyday. During this time, they were a breath of fresh air. You know what you are going to get when you call and are picked up. Someone you can talk to, feel comfortable with and that is reliable. During that week and-a-half, that "call away" was real, needed, and filled. As the world has slowed down in resolving life issues and HVCS was their to fill-in the gap.
Driver was extremely courteous and friendly. Even though the medical procedure I had was rather taxing, driver made the day more pleasant with his interaction. Very pleased!
