Amazing service! Immediately greeted when we walked in. We told them what we were looking for and they spouted off prices on the spot. Our items were loaded into our vehicle before even finishing the check out process. They also offer delivery and set up. Not to mention they have the best prices out of all the places we'd checked; even lower than what we were quoted on base!

I am absolutely blown away. This company not only is accommodating but also the kindest people I have dealt with. Have been planning my wedding for a year. Within that time I have been learning as I go because we are doing everything ourselves to save money. Through this, Will at ARPS has been so sweet and helpful to help me figure out what I need. Here we are ONE day away from my wedding (tomorrow) and the day of delivery of rental items and I called to ask if there was any chance in heck that they would be able to change my order, last minute. Will worked his magic, I am floored. I can not believe how much he just made my day! To Will - whoever you are, we haven't met but you are not only excellent at your job but very obviously a huge asset to this company. Thank you thank you a million times.
