Dr May is a kind man, who is genuine, and seems to care about his patients. He is very thorough, and makes sure to spend all the time you need, explaining and talking to you about your health issues. The only issue I had/have, is he is busy, and averages seeing each patient about every other month.j

Dr. Charles May is without a doubt one of her absolute favorites as he expresses a real concern for your health, strives to solve whatever issues he can and actively keeps you involved with the progress and ongoing decision making. Can't go wrong having Dr. Charles May as your Rheumatologist.

Dr. May and the staff at this clinic are fantastic. I was in the exam room before my scheduled time. He and his MA both listened to (and wrote down and repeated back to me) everything I said. He explained all the tests they'd be doing, what they were looking for and indicators of each item. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. I hear it's common for patients to end up in tears in his office and I can see why - the validation and compassion. If you've got a choice of rheumatologist, I really recommend Dr May.
