After purchasing a new Jotul F3 wood stove from Custom Hearth, I'm having a REALLY hard time believing any of these 1-star reviews. My fiance and I both found the shopping/purchase and the installation to be an easy, stress-free experience (and honestly a lot of fun). Rebecca at the Poulsbo location was extremely helpful with both the shopping and the scheduling, John was pleasant and professional when he came out to our house to do the estimate and he helped us decide where to place the stove in the house, and the installation crew was fast and efficient - they even did a great job of cleaning up all of the dust and debris that comes with a stove install. Even when the crew had to reschedule the installation because it was pouring rain and we have a steep metal roof, they still drove out to take final measurements and did a great job of communicating and rescheduling. The stove went in 6 days later, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Thanks, Custom Hearth!
