I would strongly encourage Hispanic Families or any other minorities to go somewhere else for assistance. No diversity Training at all.

I have been coming to the Front Street Clinic for almost three years. In that time, I have been so impressed by not only the providers, but the friendly and helpful staff. They are accommodating and really do go out of their way to help. Extra special thanks to Kim Young-Oak, who has helped me tremendously. Highly recommend!!

I really liked seeing Randi. She was a good fit for a counselor for me. I am however going somewhere else because I feel it is very hard to reach them via phone. I also have a hard time getting appointments because I either can’t reach them or they are booked out so far. I find this to be an inefficient way to handle mental health, as it is imperative to have consistency with appointments and medication.

If i could give zero stars I would. The therapist I saw was completely unorganized, rude and obviously had her own issues she was working through (which is fine, but not during my session). The billing department is unbelievably unprofessional. They argued that I missed an appointment when I had in fact rescheduled, thankfully I was able to get a refund for that mishap... A year after I last saw them, they said they switched to a new system and I got a surprise bill for 125. They are only out for your money, not for the betterment of their patients.

I saw Dr. Kim Young-Oak, and honestly it was awful. She was rude, didn't listen to me, interrupted me several times, told me she had heard enough only about 5 minutes in, she said all the wrong things (discrediting my feelings and needs), and then she prescribed me something that I've already tried and had an allergic reaction to. Yet, she told me to just \try it again and let her know\. This was after she was over 30 minutes late to the virtual appointment, only stayed for about 20 minutes, yet she charged the full hour. I can't speak for the other providers, but I do NOT recommend Dr. Kim.
