Yesterday was my first time at CHI and ALL AROUND I was extremely delighted. : D Literally everyone there really does enjoy their job and they all had such genuine happy attitudes which was SO refreshing to experience! So, It took probably less than 5 minutes to realize that Zachary Kane, DO. is an extremely Intellectual/knowledgeable Doctor who I am Grateful to have found and am able to call my new PCP!! If you are looking for a genuine human being who clearly has studied all aspects of his career FAR beyond the minimum & will work with you to find the best possible option of care..I highly recommend Dr. Kane! PS. His medical assistant is also very welcoming, intellectual and has an awesome personality!!

My PCP is Mark Taylor and both my husband and I have excellent service with him and his medical assistants! Yes, there was that time when the front desk paid more attention to the person on the phone than to me...standing right in front of her, but that has only happened once. My wait time has never been over 15 min, once my wait was 12 minutes and Mark apologized for the delay...I was really fine with it. My blood draws have always gone smoothly and they retrieved my records from other providers, previous and specialty, promptly. This office is separate from the hospital!! They give me the attention I need, follow ups in a timely manner, prescription maintenance and follow through...and Mark is Awesome, a straight shooter, right to the point...A B C steps kinda provider. I have been very happy with my care

I've been going here for years and have been very happy with the office staff and all the medical team. The wait in the lobby is very short. Parking is ample. We moved from Poulsbo to Silverdale but continue to go to Poulsbo for care because it's the best place I've been, and I'm 67!
