I took my father into Hearing Advantage to be fitted for hearing aids. It’s a clean, inviting waiting room in a nice building. The staff were very warm and friendly and thoroughly professional. They understood the insurance better we did and phoned to follow-up to clarify. Diana even had tears in her eyes, right along with my Dad and I, when he made a phone call using the hearing aids and could finally hear and understand my sister on the phone, even when she was speaking through a mask! Diana took plenty of time to make sure my Dad understood his choices, his insurance, and everything he needed to know about his hearing. She couldn’t have been more compassionate, friendly or helpful. We had a marvelous experience and highly recommend them!

The audiologist was very professional and knowledgable. She explained the test results thoroughly and answered all my questions about considering getting hearing aids for the first time. They even have a no cost loaner program where you can test drive a hearing aid for a few days before committing to buying. I am very satisfied and recommend Hearing Advantage.
