We rented a 25 foot for 2 adults, one three year old and a dog! Absolutely loved it. Drove easy for both parents, lots of room, storage, and wasn't that expensive. I would definitely do it again. Ladies, I picked this thing up by myself, learned how to use ALL the features, and returned it by myself also!

Not the most elaborate place of business but very popular in the Poway area. First time renting an RV and with the COVID going on I was really surprised how much dirt, dust and food was left in the RV. Most surprising was the amount of dust in the A/C air filters; I suspect it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while as I couldn’t see light through it and took a pressurized hose to clean it. A bit disappointing. Other than that, no other issues mechanically. Well it did pull to the right above 60. It was definitely a well used RV just by the cabinet wear, curtain cleanliness, etc. Would we rent again, we sure would. From the Poway center, more than likely not. Fun overall trip and judging by the sheer number of Cruise America RVs we counted on the road, it’s a very popular company.
We rented a 30 ft RV to travel from California to Delaware. Our first time ever renting an RV. The Cruise America In Poway team were very helpful and explained everything we need to know in detail, that made our trip very easy and stress free. I will definitely rent from Cruise America again
The owner operator is a pretty nice dude with a sweet dog. His family has been living on and operating different businesses in that location for generations. He has some neat stories and a few good jokes. Cons; his cleaning crew are OK. Our RV could have been cleaner. Pros: He is accommodating and fair. I would recommended his location over the private RV share websites.
Friendly service but the RV should have been retired years ago. Water heater never worked. Sewage equipment broken. Water and sewage sensors also broken. Will definitely visit the next RV rental we book rather than doing everything online.
