DISHONEST!!! Called them to get a car picked up as i had a driver picking it up from them the next day at 8am, They did not pick up the car and said it would be 3 pm before they could. I told them to cancel the order. As we had other pickups to make. Now 20 days later im trying to pick up the car and they picked it up back 2 weeks ago against my orders. Now they want me to pay 1400. Called the owner and he cussed at me and hung up!! I would not trust them with anything all they want to do is steal your money. Called them right back and the guy i needed to talk to u was already gone.

They are not honest! When making an appointment, the lady asked for my credit card information and told me their driver would be on time and give me a call 30 mins in advance. Neither of them occurred. I had to call them again and the guy received my call seems know nothing about my appointment. My car can’t go in reverse and parked in a flat place. The driver came here and pretended it’s very hard to move my car several feet backwards . And then he wanted to charge me 50 more. I just said No to him. After spending 2 hrs searching for other towing companies and waiting for another driver to come, I saw the this time it’s very easy for the driver to move my car. Stay away from poway towing company!!!

Dishonest and can't follow simple direction called to try to fix a simple problem that they created and was hung up on
