Hello my children has been going to the school for a month now. The daycare is amazing! I have a three year old and one year old. they love and adore the teachers. The teachers are very hands on and pay attention to details. Rylie had a hard time at first but when she comes home and I can tell the difference she’s learning and it amazes me. ( thank you Mrs star) Scarlett is trying to talk and repeat what she hears, I see her being more social. (Thank you for the teacher in the one year old class). The daycare has been letting them find themselves. The director is amazing she’s understanding and they always make sure we have things or try and help look for things when my children misplace things. (Mrs O) .They helped us threw the whole process of enrolling first time day care. Even with the paramedic , they cleaning and organizing. Rylie birthday was a while back and they even sung her happy birthday and even gave her sister class cupcakes so she wouldn’t miss it . The communication level is amazing. When I’m worried about them I can use the app dojo and they send pictures or tell me how they are doing! I have direct contact with teachers and director and I love it . My kids never wanna go home since they being going. BEST EXPERIENCE SO FAR . Will be updating more on how it’s going parents.

My daughter and I love this facility, everyone is so nice, clean facility, and they treat you like family.
They are absolutely Amazing. They have really good staff and also have a lot of patience with children that have a hard time adapting to new environments. Especially my son is special needs with only speech and they treated him with care, they keep parents informed on a app called HI mommy so you have that extra security that your child is in good hands. They helped me and my son a lot and they carry their establishment like a family setting, With me being a single parent and doing it by myself they are understanding and by your side.
The website is incredibly misleading. The center does not look like that at all, nor does the staff or children. The parking lot is a disaster and tiny, the facility smells strange upon entering, and it is very dated and unkempt. The billing and documentation system is unorganized and concerning. Staff is dishonest about quality of care and the quantity of babies enrolled. Staff has been seen pulling toddler/babies by their arms and yelling at an irrational tone. The ASP teacher plays music with profanity and allows the children to be in the dark with limited supervision. Kids are bullies without discipline. Easily the worst daycare facility experience we have ever had. I couldn't get my son out of there fast enough!
I absolutely LOVE New Era it's home away from home for my son. They give him so much love to every child that attends. He has learned so much, so proud to say that this is his school.
