The sales rep (Jeff) was awesome - took time to understand our issues and asked lots of questions about how we wanted to use the space before making a recommendation on what we should do. He thoroughly explained the process and what we should expect. The installers were courteous, quick and left the space cleaner than they found it. We are in a condo and have a large deck with an additional 11X11 fenced in space for our dogs. We were unsuccessful with grass seed and sod and this last snow left us with a solid mud pit. Thanks to Jeff and team we now have a perfect space for the dogs to play - and no more muddy paws!!!

We were looking for a way to make this space unique and enjoyable, and Synlawn came through! Jeff Hollenbach was very knowledgeable, professional and fantastic to work with. The whole process was super easy on our end from start to finish. Synlawn has an amazing product that is perfect for our four-legged furbaby. I see many days and nights being spent out on our patio! SYNLawn installed a small dog run at my house 4 years ago. It never faded and looks like it did day one. When I sold my house it became a large selling point of the house. I plan to use them again in my new house.
Synlawn was extremely professional and were very proud of their work. It was meticulous. I had to wait a bit until they could get to me, but the wait was well worth it! I was amazed at the steps that were involved to install this small piece of artificial turf. Their accomplishments are many and I'm just a tiny one. Many people in this community have stopped by to say how nice my patio looks! Ask my pups how convenient it is for them as well!
One of the best contractor experiences we had. Came when he said he would, project is exactly as described, and impeccable job was done. And I love seeing green and perfect \grass\ out my window every day!
