We have purchased multiple times from power lodge. Corey in Ramsey and the Baxter store are both great to work with. They are willing to help with any issues you may have and customer service is top notch. Will return for our next toy purchase for sure!!

Brad was very good to deal with
I was referred to Power Lodge by a corporate partnership program through my employer (and my status as a Veteran). The program is designed to offer the customer a \No Haggle\ experience. Once the customer registers for the program and chooses a make and model that he/she is interested in, he/she is shown a list of manufacture and dealer incentives if you decide to continue the purchasing process. During the next step a sales person contacts you with a price for that particular item, in my case a Can Am side by side. I noticed that the prices didn't add up and I asked for a breakdown of the discounts and charges. The salesman was reluctant, so I asked specifically about the \dealer incentive\ that I was offered for this program. The salesman wasn't sure so he asked his GM. The GM told him that they decided to \opt out\ of honoring that published discount simply due to lack of inventory at other dealers. \It's simple supply and demand\. I certainly understand how supply and demand works and modifying incentives based on inventory, but refusing to honor an incentive after the it has been offered to a potential customer reflects poorly on the integrity of this business, especially when not being up front about it. The salesman mentioned that he was working with several other customers who are using the same discount. This business continues to take advantage of this marketing program while not following through with the published incentives. Personally, I'm tired of businesses taking advantage of this crisis we're going through to make an extra buck at the customer's expense. If you recently purchased vehicle from this business through a corporate (or military) discount, please go back and review the discounts that you were promised by the marketing program to ensure you were charged the correct amount.
Brandon Hanson did an exceptional job servicing my sleds. He was up front and honest about pricing. He kept in contact with me to let me know when the sleds would be ready. He even found recalls I wasn’t aware of and had then fixed. After my great experience with Brandon at the Powerlodge this is now the only place I will bring snowmobiles to be serviced from this point forward.
Prices are the lowest I have found and I have bought a lot of toys from here. When I call looking for Brad my salesman, if Brad is not available, another salesman answers my questions then informs Brad that I called. Sales people don't pressure you and when I'm ready to pick something out, I make arrangements to come in and pick it up. If I need to finance it, the interest rate they always get me is lower than I expect. Randy the finance guy gets me in and out the door. I always know exactly what's going on and there's never any surprises! Then the staff takes the time to walk me through how everything works and answer every one of my questions. The parts department is very knowledgeable and has what I need in stock. The service department is amazing. I can't say enough about this place.
