Quoted or tried to quote many other local dealers. Power marine was one of a few that were able to give a \OTD\ price over the phone & on top of that gave the best deal on the Yamaha outboard I wanted. It was a no hassle no gimmicks deal.

I ordered a swim platform for my boat in July of 2017. It is now September and after being told by Shannon in parts multiple times that it was on the way, I finally got in touch with the fine folks at Nautic Star boats who told me they in fact did not make a swim platform for my boat and that Shannon had never tried to order it until that day. So instead of telling me the truth about not being able to get one, she gladly took my credit card number to charge me for something she could not get. I really hope she didn't charge my card yet, because Nautic Star will not be sending her the wrong item she is trying to order in the pretense of saving her own skin. I will be driving up there to speak with the Manager myself and relay that in my 37 years on this earth, this is the worst and most deceitful customer service I have ever experienced.

It's really over priced I mean like 13 for a small bag of chips and 50 for a pair of Walmart brand sun glasses this is outrageous when I can ride 5 mins outta town and get that for only 20
