Picked up a Hustler Raptor SD last summer, the experience was so much better than a big box store, even though I was only buying a residential mower and they often deal with professionals buying much more expensive mowers than I, I was treated exceptionally well. The salesman spent all the time I wanted talking about the different mowers and options, etc. I will be going back soon to pick up items I need to change the oil and an extra set of blades.

Terrible place. Not a single person is knowledgeable. Cant find parts. No experience mechanics. They'll break everything on your mower before they fix the problem you brought it in for. Worst experience Ive had in my 20 years of landscaping. Stay away or youll regret it.
