A special S/O to Joel Loggins, Josh Amos and Chris Montgomery with PowerQuip Inc for their assistance also! A company with this stature is who I like doing business with. They do business like I’m used too: taking care of the customer before, during and after the sale! I reached out to Josh for the “Spring Special” on my Kubota and the next thing I knew, they were at my house in Sardis picking it up. Not only did they come pick it up, but they also delivered it back to me in a timely manner. I recommend these guys 100%. Wow, they even washed it for me! Thank you guys for always going the extra mile! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

This was a very enjoyable experience! The guys were so helpful in listening to our needs, and helping us find the best zero-turn for our needs. There was absolutely no pressure. And, the part that shocked me the most, they didn’t try to talk us into buying the higher priced models! Their honesty, and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. The people and the service at powerQuip is second to none we really like going there they treat everybody like you're family and I really like people like that if you have tractors that you do work with your going to have some trouble with them so you are gonna have to buy parts you should go somewhere that you enjoy going, I would like for everybody to just give them a try

Worst place you can ever take anything for service. Claimed the engine on my fathers RTV was blown due to low compression. Claimed that the only thing left to do was replace the entire engine for 6500. When we went to pick it up, they first tried to charge over 600. They finally agreed to just under 500 before we could pick it up. Took it to another shop that did the same diagnostics for 160 and said it needed a head gasket to fix the low compression. They also stated that the injection pump and all injectors were bad but it was totally impossible for all of those things to fail at the same time as the head gasket. PowerQuip had told us they switched out pumps and injectors as part of the diagnosis they did so it was clear they had stolen the working pump and injectors. So to summarize the RTV wouldn't run due to low compression from a blown head gasket but PowerQuip claimed it needed a new engine. When told to stop work they kept the working parts, switched them for bad ones and then changed over 400 for stealing them. After trying to talk with PowerQuip after getting the RTV fixed at another shop they then tried to claim they were going to fix it for 150 had they not been told to stop after saying it needed a new engine. Therefore if you enjoy being lied to and having parts stolen and charged ridiculous diagnostic fees go see them, I'm sure they would enjoy screwing over some more customers.
The experience is as possibly the easiest buying experience I have every had! Waylon Guffey is fantastic and very knowledgeable! He done an awesome job in helping me land on what would be the best option for me! I will be sending anybody I know up there
