We started using these guys because the previous home owners had and we didn't have the time to do a ton of research. We've kept with them because they've been unfailingly helpful with great customer service. The techs have been professional and willing to explain to my curious self how things work. The receptionists have been polite and helpful as well. When the furnace wasn't coming on they sent someone out within an hour on the weekend to troubleshoot. When it turned out that the chimney sweep just hadn't flipped the switch back to on they said so and didn't try to tell us it was some expensive part.
