The system was installed very quickly and the operators on duty respond immediately. I had a problem as I knocked a sensor off and I called them they came out the same day. And their price is a lot cheaper them others I had checked.

The county was requiring us to put in a Fire Alarm system, John came out to give us a bid. He looked around and asked us why we even needed one. He then proceeded to call around and get answers for us. He called back with advice to contact his local engineer friend and draw up a letter to the county. He could have walked in and sold us a 10k system, but instead his honesty and integrity shined though. What a great experience with a great company.
