Beautiful Krishna Temple with lovely people. Our guide was very kind. We visited many places while we were in WV, we felt most serene, safe and comfortable while on the grounds of the Golden Palace. My 11 year old was even inspired to become vegetarian after our visit to the temple. We're Looking forward to returning late spring/summer to see the garden in it's full glory.

This was a really cool place to visit if you enjoy learning about the Hare Krishna. Taking a tour of the inside of the palace is a \donation\ of 9.50 but worth it as the guides are very nice, knowledgeable, and made the tour enjoyable. Gave us a great history of how the palace got started and all about Prabhupada which was very interesting. There is a lot to see on the property including a lotus pond, peacocks and a wellness center among other things so plan to spend the day to be able to see everything if this is your type of thing. Really enjoyed my visit here and it was very peaceful and relaxing.

Its a beautiful place on the hill and surrounded by clouds. Palace looks like historic heritage site. There's a rose garden but we went on May first week, so roses were not blooming properly. Most attractive thing is you can see peacocks everywhere around you. Different types of cororful peacocks will blow your mind.There's a lotus pond and a gift shop also.

Beautiful and ornate palace nestled in the mountains. There are cabins surrounding a pond at this lovely property, which is home to many peacocks.
