I love Practical Massage Therapy so much that I drive 90 miles each way just to visit. Tonya has been my therapist for several years and I love her. I normally have the 90 minute integrated massage and feel so wonderfully well after. She takes the time to really listen to what I am hoping to get from each massage and makes it happen every time!
I've had a few massages at Practical Massage Therapy and all have been outstanding! The therapists are so warm and sweet and really know what they are doing. I recently went in for a pulled/strained back muscle and Rachel the therapist worked magic. I would highly recommend trying this cute local place for a relaxing and effective massage.

This place is amazing! Whether it's a sore back, achey shoulder, jumbled mind, they got me covered. Doesn't even matter who you schedule with, they are all incredible people with great passion for what they do.
I had a 90 min Lymphatic Massage with Tonya. She was punctual, easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. She used a variety of pressures and techniques during the massage which made for a very pleasant experience. I liked that she didn’t engage in conversation with me during my massage, concentrating on her job and allowing me to relax into the massage. Afterwards she explained what she felt I may be having issues with and was on point. I am a Flight Attendant and have received massages in many different countries as well as the USA. I feel that I am very honest yet critical when reviewing therapists, however I did not find any flaws in Tonya’s work and have to say she is one of the best! I live nearly an hours drive from her business but will definitely be returning on a regular basis.
I definitely recommend! Practical Massage was able to squeeze me in for a quick 30 minute massage on the same day because I was having terrible neck pain. I was so grateful they got me in and I felt better immediately after. I could tell the woman who worked on me was very knowledgeable about the muscle groups and I wasn't sore at all after my deep tissue massage- a sign of a highly trained masseuse! Thank you! I'll definitely be back!
