Their customer service is outstanding! I’ve had issues with my internet on weekends and after hours on a few occasions. They have always come out to the house and fixed it! Not the next day or appointment times between 8-12, right then! They work with you to find the best service to fit your needs and their pricing can’t be beat. The ladies at the office are the absolute best and I love that they are completely LOCAL!! No matter how wonderful Ozark Go tries to make themselves sound, I’ll never switch!

Was having technical issues with my mom’s home phone. Got in touch with a wonderful lady by the name of Ginger. Ginger was kind, professional, and very patient. Went above and beyond to help out. Also spoke with a kind gal by the name of Jordan on the phone today. This team is very friendly and helpful and really understand customer service. Keep up the great work!
My internet went down and on a weekend and I call got help in a quick turn around by a very professional the Tech was very knowable and got me hook back very quickly. Dusten was the Tech that Calle die before showing up and knew what the problem was before he showed up so with that said he should let a letter of good work or a raise. Thanks PGTC

Everyone was so nice! Jordan, the associate I spoke with on the phone to set up my service, was helpful and quick, and graciously let me gripe about other ISPs for way too long. The installation was supposed to take up to ten days, but it ended up being closer to three or four, I think. Both the guys who dug the cable and another set of guys who did the install inside of my house were super nice and quick! I also did a quick speed test after the install and I'm getting almost 100mbps over the Wifi! Yay for fast internet!! Yay for PGTelco!
