Austin Trash Fire DO NOT WORK IN EXTINGUISHER DIVISION! The manager will do whatever it takes to hire you, except of course offering better wages. Manager will complain about you taking breaks even though it is in the company policy. If there is a new company policy that improves quality of life for the workers the manager will either not tell you about it or tell you that you dont need it. You will be out of town a good bit, staying in a dinky hotel. Even with it being an industrial environment dont expect to get any overtime. Pay is mediocre at best for the amount and intensity of work that you will be doing. If you are suppose to be going out of town on a job slotted for 4 people and someone cant go for some reason, you will be sent out with 3 and expected to have the job done in the same amount of time. The manager hired someone to do the billing part of his job and forces the other veteran techs to do the rest of his job so he can sit in his office and watch cameras and truck gps to make sure that you arent taking breaks. Manager starts everyone off at random pay. The manager has hired his 2 sons to work in the shop, one of which he uses as a spy to make sure no one is talking about his bad leadership/management. Dont even try to complain to the company owner about the manager, he will NOT take you seriously. I could go on and on.
