I have been a customer for about 20 years now. I know it's not there responsibility to give courtesy calls, although I received them in the past. so Because I owe 62.00 you pull my meter seems to me good service would be to say hey one last chance were on our way or we are at your home. I don't see the huge problem in this although they do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and oh how I wish I didn't have to use yall at all. Then on top of that they tore my yard up getting to my meter. So they cant give you a call, charge you a emormous re connect fee and then cant even give you a round about time frame when someone will be there to re connect your service. So ok you get paid the fee and still don't have a clue what's going on only response is well we have 24 hours. I know these men aren't working 24 hours. They probably cut off. I also asked to let me know when they would be there was told they couldn't even do that. Really you have all my information. They use old green tags still so it says 100.00 but charge you 120.00 . Oh and im sure they will give you some lame excuses like they did me. Seem like they throw the excuses and blame others and have no clue what's acutally going on

This company is a horrible company to have to deal with. They will cut your water off without attempting notification. Upon contacting the company we were informed that they’re no longer allowed to call and advise customers that their service would be disconnected.
