I have been coming to Prana Studio for more than 10 years. It is my favorite yoga studio in Annapolis and have yet to find a teacher or class that I don't like. If you love practicing during a challenging class, burning lots of calories or sweating a lot then definitely check out Charlie, Camille and/or Kathleen's classes!

Found this little gem while on a girls weekend in Annapolis! The studio had a great feel (laid back and relaxed) and the instructor was wonderful! It was as if she could anticipate what my body needed/wanted! Definitely planning to go back next time I'm in Annapolis!

Prana studio was my first eal\ yoga experience. I say real because I had only done yoga in a gym prior to going to Prana. After my first class, I was hooked. My body felt amazing and I loved the studio. I fell in love with classes by Kathleen the owner, who makes yoga fun, effective and individually-focused. She is an absolute gem, and someone who had a profound effect on me (even though she may not know it). I have since tried many yoga studios (I now live in AZ) but none are as special as Prana. It just has that \something\ that makes it a home away from home. I highly recommend Prana for anyone who wants to learn or practice yoga!

A cozy and welcoming studio. The moment you walk into Prana you will feel at home. Each instructor is intentionally different from the other. Each class is intentionally different from the other. There is no other studio like Prana.
