Wouldn't answer the phone, when the phone was finally answered the phone sounded like it was picked up and set on the counter. At that point i was unable to call anymore due to the line being busy. Called over to the Tucson branch that I normally deal with, they were able to get ahold of his supervisor and got me taken care of.

Great service- the person that helped me was smart, clear and extremely professional. The store was clean, well stocked. I thought I knew what I needed- they gave some really helpful suggestions. Saved me unnecessary expenses. I shopped at 3 other welding supply stores. I recommend this welding supply over all the others.

Came in to get some details on an acetylene set up for soldering. The guy behind the counter took a few minutes to disengage in his personal conversation to address me. Once he did, he was super friendly and informative, as I was not completely sure of what I needed for a complete set up. This store is well organized and has everything you need for welding.
